We are looking for a self- starting Intern to facilitate more agile ways of working across Business Development. The successful candidate will be supporting a Business Development Manager and his/her team in ensuring that the organization effectively executes its FinTech products and initiatives. The task involves managing independent projects and will require to work across different business areas including product, sales, operations, finance and legal. 

The ideal candidate is self-directed, a structured thinker, highly organized and a creative problem solver. Candidates should be able to build networks and foster relationships across the Visa organization. Familiarity with the payment landscape and a keen interest for learning more about FinTech’s is a huge plus.

Exmples of tasks could include:

·       Developing your skills in consulting and sales, experience how we develop and market FinTech products, and create strategies to promote Visa’s trailblazing technologies to our FinTech clients.

·  Have the chance to work on Fintech partnerships and projects. 

·  Build-up and further develop strong relationships with your customers at all levels  

·  Research Fintech industry trends and understand client needs to develop enhanced solutions

· Support in building a framework for analyzing Fintech opportunities

·  Develop excellent knowledge of the payment technology and Fintech space, and of Visa products and services.

-   Proven ability to thrive in high pressure situations and a fast paced and matrixed environment

-  Comfortable juggling multiple projects while quick to adapt to shifting priorities

-   You are innovative and curious, positive and proactive – always looking for ways to do things better

-  Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; you’re comfortable managing spreadsheets, devising formulas, and performing data analysis, while also building Executive presentations
