CyberSource are looking for an individual to join our Indirect Sales team to work with one of our key acquiring partners to help them build, manage and develop strategic partnerships with Platforms, ISVs & Technology partners across Europe. This is a specialist role that requires a high degree of commercial acumen, business maturity and self-motivation.
The role will help define and execute the strategies required to build technology partnerships, develop profitable channel sales and increase sales within the European region for this acquiring partner.
Responsibilities
Design and execute partner development plans that identify commercial opportunities and support the growth of our acquirer partner's overall go to market strategy
Develop a thorough knowledge of our acquirer partner's business models and growth plans
Deliver against the partner objectives and build a joint pipeline to deliver against revenue targets
Deliver a year on year increase in revenue and profitability via the partner portfolio.
Develop a strong knowledge of CyberSource products and services
Ensure our partners also develop a strong knowledge of our product
Represent partner product requests to appropriate stakeholder groups accompanied with commercial and financial justifications.
Proactively manage internal stakeholders to ensure partner interactions deliver value and execute against the objectives of the partner plan.
Ensure accuracy of the CRM system to ensure account information is readily available to stakeholders and ensure data is accurate to maximize forecasting accuracy
Qualifications
Desired Qualities
Strong knowledge of financial services, the payment industry, and risk solutions.
Experience working with eCommerce Platform providers (eg SAP, Salesforce, Magento, Oracle Commerce Tools etc), Acquiring banks, Global Distribution Systems, Ticketing Systems, System Integrators, and their corresponding technical / payments infrastructure
Experience of working with the ISV community as a route to market
Experience of managing multiple internal stake holders to delivery of a common goal
Proven track record of successful partner development & relationship management experience across global territories.
Self-motivated
Ability to drive a collaborative culture with key cross functional stakeholders
High level of problem solving skills and ability to think outside the box
Project management skills
Ability to learn fast and learn ‘on the job’
Strong communication skills
Ability to travel globally if required
