Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a key technology pillar at Visa, responsible for providing secure access to misc. payment related applications and services from a variety of users (employees, businesses and customers across) globally. To stay ahead of the rapidly changing security landscape especially with globalization of Visa's business and newer form factors of access via new devices, IOT etc., has direct impact on IAM Services. IAM team is rapidly growing and has a global presence in Singapore, Beijing, Bangalore, London, Austin and Foster City.

Engineering Graduate (B.E. or B.Tech) from reputed engineering college
Total 5 + years of Solid hands-on experience as programmer/developer with specialization in IAM technologies, Java, J2EE, DevOps and Python
Design, develop and testing of IAM components: Services in SOAP/REST, Core Java, JS Frameworks and Python.
2+ years of experience in build DevOps tool & technology (Jenkins, github, artifactory, udeploy, check_mk, Rundeck, CVS, Splunk, Kibana)
1+ year experience in environment management (patching, upgrade, Weblogic Admin)
Strong technical experience in trouble shooting IAM & environment issues
Experience working on Identity Management solutions like Oracle Identity Manager, Sail point or similar tools is a Big Plus.
Strong inter-personnel, analytical & communication skills
Command on data modeling, query optimization on different data stores (Relational, NoSQL)
Experience building platform APIs and SDKs
Affinity for an engineering culture that emphasizes Agile, DevOps, and continuous delivery
Establish strong engineering best practices.
Own deliverables from ideation to production operationalization.
Own automation of unit testing based in Visa specific framework
Own IAM Dev & QA platform availability
Excellent organizational skills; able to work with a vast array of information and able to cope with rapidly changing information
Work within a globally distributed team of IAM team members and customers; sometimes having to provide support outside of normal business hours and on weekends.
CISSP is desirable
