- Assist in projects to streamline the incident and problem management process across the teams which consist of US, Europe and APAC teams, document and process write up using MS visio, word, power point and excel.
- Understand and Hands on the technology tools- Thousand Eyes, Netbrain, Cisco/Juniper Routers, Switches including F5 Load balancers, many more, write up documents into technology runbooks
- Maintain a Knowledge Respository to ensure process, technology and lanes runbooks are up to date, easy for knowledge transfer
- Learn the KT Kepner Tregoe Method of problem solving and decision making concept to deal with complexity problem solving methods
- This role would require strong analytical thinking, Self motivated with excellent writing skills and hunger to learn about the network fundamentals and Visa Infrastructure to support all
