Job Description

This role will be filled by a college graduate in 2020 and will start employment shortly upon graduation in spring/summer 2020.

We have an excellent software test team, and we're looking for someone who wants to excel. We are looking for anyone who has great analytical skills, ideas to innovate, and strong interpersonal skills. This role allows you to innovate and make it happen! You will have great flexibility in designing new ways of testing and formulate robust and efficient ways of testing. You will be responsible for performing Functional and Automation testing for Issuer processing applications. You will be interfacing directly with staff members of Global Client Testing, Quality Assurance, Product Management, Project Management, and Development. You will receive hands on training and invaluable experience by working with experts side by side to gain knowledge and experience while working for a Great company!
 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for programming test conditions, testing, implementation, documentation, maintenance and support of systems application software.

  • Works directly with developers from Financial Institution.

  • Support and validate feature releases.

  • Communicate status frequently to everyone in the team.

  • Work with Development and Project Management teams to ensure the issues are resolved in a timely manner.

  • Actively look for opportunities to enhance standards and improve process efficiency.

  • Support collection and reporting of project and software metrics.

  • Create system and testing design documentation per department standards.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Recent college graduate looking to begin working in spring/summer 2020.
  • Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 or more years of work experience.
  • Responsible for programming test conditions, testing, implementation, documentation, maintenance and support of systems application software.
  • Create system and testing design documentation per department standards.
  • Support collection and reporting of project and software metrics.
  • Actively look for opportunities to enhance standards and improve process efficiency.

Additional Information

Work Hours:  This position requires the incumbent to be available during core business hours.

Travel Requirements:  This position requires the incumbent to travel for work 0% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements:  This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment; such as telephones and computers, and reach with hands and arms.
