Job Description
The Head of Sales – Americas will manage sales efforts for the region with an expectation for growing Fraedom’s primary business specifically within the Banking channel.
Achieving new business revenue targets set by the Head of Region – Americas and the Executive team will be one of the primary objectives of this role. The Head of Sales – Americas will manage and mentor a team of Sales Managers and Sales Support teams with the purpose of generating sizeable and profitable revenue growth for the business.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of the Fraedom product and will have experience working with large teams across various locations.
Qualifications
What you’ll do…
- Drive prospecting efforts to Banks
- Lead the team to foster a positive and inclusive culture
- Develop, guide and implement strategic alignment initiatives across Fraedom Sales and VBS/Visa
- Ensure revenue and EBIT targets are met across the team
- Manage established budget effectively
- Build and maintain strong client and potential client relationships
- Prepare and manage reporting requirements
