Department Summary

The Consumer Products and Digital Solutions team, Asia Pacific is the regional, client-facing team responsible for Visa’s product strategy, product configurations and digital deployment of all consumer-facing products. The team works closely with major markets in the Asia Pacific to help them in strategic thinking, business development and go-to-market of Visa products.

Job Scope

As part of this team, your responsibility is in three main areas. Firstly, work with data in various shapes and form, analyze and give recommendations to different internal and market teams. Secondly, build the digital product strategy and roadmap for a few markets in AP. This involves thinking from a human-centered design point of view, understand the user and client needs and build relevant digital solutions. Lastly, ensure that Visa products go live in different markets. You need to ensure the right product construct are established for the product launch, analyze the pricing and rules to justify any changes for the market or client

Core Responsibilities

  • Analyze payment and digital performance data across markets, strategic projects, Visa product, and clients
  • Research industry trends, conduct competitive benchmarking and emerging themes in technology and payments that will shape the future of Visa’s digital products and solutions
  • Develop the end-to-end digital experience for certain consumer segments like Gen Z
  • Commercialize and launch consumer experience bundles across Visa’s strategic verticals
  • Build the new age of banking narrative for clients and Visa teams
  • Manage product configurations across new launches of products and services in the region 
  • Program manage the build for certain features that will be used by our clients

 Preferred Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required 
  • 4 years of related professional experience
  • Background in data, product management, solution delivery and consulting is a plus
  • Self-starter, highly organized with strong attention to detail and achieving results
  • Ability to facilitate complex data gathering and synthesis of data to inform and design product enhancements or new products
  • Have a proven history of being highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Work with minimal supervision, ability to adapt and be flexible
  • Strong written and verbal communication and excellent presentation skills
  • Demonstrate effective initiative, organizational and analytical skills, attention to details, judgment and follow through.
  • Strong interpersonal & communications skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Be curious, self-motivated, outgoing and engaging with a self-directed entrepreneurial spirit
