Job Description

The Visa brand is one of the company's most powerful assets. The Asia Pacific Partner Marketing Services team is looking for a marketer with regional brand marketing operational experience to partner with Visa clients from Asia Pacific - including financial institutions, merchants and fintechs – on the design of cards and new form factors.

This role will focus on three main areas

  • Form factor design – provide direction, guidance and education on brand standards governing the design of cards and new form factors, manage the governance process, and identify opportunities to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Merchant co-brand programs – responsible for brand stewardship for financial institution/ merchant co-branded card programs
  • Value-added service – support the marketing and execution of for-fee form factor design consultancy services

 
The ideal candidate has a solutions-oriented mindset, strong project management and communications skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and be adept in working within all levels of the organization and across geographies. The candidate should enjoy solving complex problems by first researching and then involving cross-functional key stakeholders to come to a resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Educate internal stakeholders, Visa clients and card vendors on the Visa Product Brand Standards governing the design of form factors
  • Manage the review of form factor designs within established service level agreements (SLAs) and propose thought insights into design that to support the business objectives of Visa clients
  • Manage inquiries on form factor design from internal stakeholders and Visa clients within SLAs
  • Review and categorize affinity cobrand partnerships proposed by financial institutions to ensure brand and reputational fit
  • Identify opportunities for operational process and system enhancements and work with internal stakeholders to develop and execute changes
  • Assist to drive awareness and adoption, and support the execution of form factor value-added service 
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in a brand marketing operations role, preferably in a global organization
  • A degree in a related-disciple
  • Proven ability to influence and build consensus across a broad set of constituencies
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at a time
  • Self-starter, solutions-oriented, systematic thinker, comfortable working in a fast paced, hands-on, outcome-orientated work environment
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office applications: Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Sharepoint. Experience with Adobe Acrobat Creative Suite is desired
