Visa is investing to build global solutions that help Fintech partners participate in our ecosystem. Join this fast pace team to address a dynamic market. The goal of the team is to develop global programs and products to better engage and grow Fintech partners. The Director will be expected to develop a robust understanding of the Fintech ecosystem and engage with partners across Visa both functionally and regionally to ensure program success.
8+ years of relevant work experience
Previous experience in consulting or investment banking preferred
Analytical skills with the ability to summarize and find insights from data
Great communication and presentation skills, ability to develop and tell a story
Able to work independently, and with broad instructions
Adaptable to a variety of different work and projects
Comfort with high-level, strategic thinking, including wiliness to be an active and outspoken participant in decision making
Sense of humor
Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
Research industry trends and understand client needs to develop enhanced solutions
Develop the KPIs for measuring success of Fintech programs
Build a framework for analyzing Fintech opportunities
Develop and help manage Fintech go-to-market strategies
Coordinate activities between sales, product, technology, and marketing to coordinate and implement relevant solutions
Provide out of the box, strategic thought leadership on how to evaluate and continually improve delivery for our Fintech clients and enablement partners in the ecosystem and then drive implementation of the recommendations.
Drive a “customer centric” focus in our goals, strategy, evaluation of success, process design, and everyday habits.
This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, reach with hands and arms, and bend or lift up to 25 pounds.
