Job Description

Overview

The Sr. Analyst, Integrated Program Management will manage the development of a focused, integrated, cross-border program playbook comprising client facing levers (e.g., products, marketing campaigns) to leverage the global scale and expertize for effective local execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete global inventory of programs and initiatives by identifying specific context / use case for cross-border growth in the market and studying the end-to-end consumer journey.

  • Help building the initial program playbook by establishing an exhaustive inventory of client facing levers to drive cross-border and prioritizing key levers to be built and tested.

  • Support usage / deployment by corridor-, market-, and region-level leads and provide initial training / orientation on the codified set of cross-functional and client facing actions. Enable direct contact and knowledge transfer between teams with prior experience and those needing help.

  • Refine and re-inforce the program playbook periodically. Expand the list of programs in the playbook beyond the initial list of priority levers, based on levers found effective in other corridors / markets. Develop a scalable knowledge sharing platform (possibly in coordination with Sales Playbook) to enable faster “self-serve” adoption.

Travel Requirements:

  • This position requires the incumbent to travel for work 10% of the time.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7-10 years of experience in payments, with previous experience in a client-facing function role (Visa-specific experience in Sales is a plus)
  • Global perspective and awareness of market differences and commonalities.
  • Demonstrated aptitude to learn quickly in scenarios that are not well defined or structured.
  • Effective communicator, especially in teaching and influencing scenarios.
  • Experience leading or participating in change management processes where complex organizational change was successfully implemented.
  • Results-oriented individual who challenges the status quo in order to drive a culture of constant improvement.
  • Process oriented, with a high attention to detail and quality on both internal team
  • work and external products brought to market
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
