Job Description

As a Product Analyst, you will work on defining Scheme/Industry/Regional compliance and standards requirements for the CyberSource card present product portfolio.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 2 years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

     

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)3 years of experience in leading customer service teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with unwavering attention to detail

  • Self-motivated and quick to learn new skills and operational processes

  • Ability to thrive in a cross functional setting and communicate effectively with different teams at Visa

  • A positive attitude, calming demeanor, and a great sense of humor

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities

  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Payment processing background is a big plus

 

Additional Information

Essential Functions

  • Follows and assesses global industry/scheme mandates and for card present product portfolio across.

  • Analyze financial and brand impacts related to new mandates and identify the impacted CyberSource products.

  • Communicates product impacts to all stakeholders and ensures Product Managers capture necessary development in product backlogs.

  • Performs user acceptance testing to validate compliance requirements are met.

  • Act as a central compliance point-of-contact for internal Sales, Product, Product Development and Support teams to gather questions and clarify requirements.

  • Contribute to card present compliance knowledge development with sharing of documentation and training.

  • Create commercialization documentation addressing product compliance to regional standards and mandates.

  • Develop and socialize a compliance dashboard to track card present product portfolio throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Create informational presentations to socialize key compliance topics with technology and acquiring partners.

  •  Maintain a network of internal and external contacts in card industry standards and compliance organizations.

 

 Travel Requirements

This position requires the incumbent to travel for work 25% of the time.

 

Mental/Physical Requirements

This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, reach with hands and arms, and bend or lift up to 25 pounds.
