What's it all about?

The Billing Analyst ensures that the month end reporting timetable is achieved through timely and accurate journal posting and billing of Visa Europe invoices

What we expect of you, day to day.

  • Debt management: Communication of invoices, statement of accounts, dunning letters, chasing payments by telephone and email

  • Managing strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Customer query resolution

  • Assist with Monthly Bad Debt provision analysis

  • Other Ad Hoc as allocated by the Senior Billing Manager

Qualifications

What we're after...

  • Experience in achieving and exceeding collection targets in a Credit Control role

  • Good Excel skills (vlookups and pivot tables)

  • Strong communication skills

  • A high level of attention to detail

  • Ability to work cross functionally across the business and adapt to changing circumstances

  • Ability to manage and consolidate data inputs from multiple sources

  • Oracle experience preferred as is the ability to quickly learn the use of multiple bespoke technical systems
