Essencial Funtions

• Management token related product solutions across Visa's issuer's, acquirers, group service providers, Merchants, e-commerce enablers, Wallet providers, IOT Partners and third party payment processors.

• Contribute to strategic eCommerce initiatives by collaborating with colleagues in the LAC region and globally.

• Working across cross-functional stakeholder teams both internally and with external clients to prioritize, define and drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle more focus con CNP environment

• Support clients and internal stakeholders as a subject matter expert on Visa's eCommerce capabilities and vision.

• Define key metrics and develop dashboards and reporting capabilities for systematic tracking of payment performance.

• Establish rules and process for Tokenization Optimization

• Own technical design discussions with clients and partners to create, build, and scale new product concepts

• Define, document, and implement regional processes that align with global standards to deliver best-in-class product deployments.

• Collect feedback from clients and advocate across functions to ensure these are incorporated in future product enhancements.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the Risk, Token and TAM teams to help eCommerce partners optimize their platforms to maximize sales success rate.

The Ideal Candidate is:

• A unique blend of leadership and tactical skills with a very strong understanding of business, technical and operational aspects of product management and development.

• E-commerce Background in the payment industry with experience in  payment network processing, mobile technology, digital payments, issuance, loyalty, consumer experience and adoption, research and analytics, and financial analysis.

• Self-motivated to work independently, or as part of a larger team.

• Comfortable communicating to large audiences, and able to clearly articulate and document requirements to both executives and technical audiences.

• Creative and able to solve technical and business problems.

• Visionary mindset for new technologies.

• Efficient in implementing processes and managing concurrent projects with different schedules and timelines

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Fluency in Spanish required

Preferred Qualifications

• 7-10 years of work experience and a Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 years of experience with a PhD.

• Experience working with API’s, client interfaces, or prior software engineering experience.

• Good Understanding of web technologies (TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS), REST, SOAP, XML, JSON and other relevant API standards like OAuth, SAML

• Other relevant work experiences: product deployment, product integration, program management, reporting, strategic planning, sales and negotiation.
