Job Description

You will be responsible for nurturing culture and engagement while overseeing strategies focused on improving the experience between managers and employees. You will also serve as an internal advisor initiating ideas across the organization that influence strategy, engagement, and a collaborative culture that drive pride, passion and advocacy at Visa.

You know you were successful if:

  • You created and executed a global, multi-year strategic roadmap centered around best in class initiatives leveraging data to implement strategies that promote and achieve a culture of excellence and high engagement

  • You developed and executed a global approach that capitalizes on robust employee engagement survey strategies that supports Visa’s business priorities

  • You deployed an effective engagement survey by partnering with key stakeholders across HR and Business functions globally

  • You developed and implemented comprehensive manager and employee enablement initiatives post survey to facilitate company-wide action planning

  • You improved employee experience by executing department-specific action plans through coaching and developing Visa people leader

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree is required. Advanced degree (MA/MBA/PhD) preferred
  • 10 years of professional experience with an emphasis on employee engagement, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, or other related HR disciplines
  • Deep functional knowledge in designing and implementing global surveys
  • Ability to synthesize large data sets (employee database, qualitative and quantitative survey data) into executive summaries to create a compelling case for change
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large scale global projects
  • Vendor management experience is desirable
