Job Description

The position of Senior Director, Customer Value Proposition and Core products has ownership of Product expertise that heavily influences clients’ decisions to partner with Visa. A successful Senior Product Director holds strong relationships with Business Development Managers (BDM’s) in developing and maintaining Client relationship that issuance of Visa and payments on the Visa product. 

This role is responsible for the Visa offering in Russia – managing the parameters, value proposition and pricing of Visa products; it is central to our ongoing operation and longer term success. This position requires an incumbent of the highest caliber that has a deep knowledge, expertise and passion for the Russian card market and is results driven.

This role is leading introducing new payment functionality in the Russian market, managing complex cross-functional and cross-geographical projects, involving stakeholders from Russia, CEMEA and Global and impacting the whole ecosystem in the market.

This role aims at maximizing Visa revenues from Value-added services – Loyalty solutions, Data solutions, Sellers solutions, Risk Solutions and other potential sources of revenue.

This role manages the relationships between Visa Russia and Key Partners providing benefits for Visa cardholders, as well as defines scope, scale and depth of such benefits, maintain commercial health and efficiency of this program.

This role is responsible for commercialization of all Visa products and go-to-market strategy defining and implementation

 

Purpose:

Manage the portfolio of Visa products in Russia – value proposition, features, pricing, requirements for Banks

  • Manage partnerships with local products and service providers to increase the benefits enjoyed by Visa cardholders
  • Implement new services in Russia that exist in Visa globally and might be if interest for Clients in Russia
  • To be a product expert, capable of creating new propositions, selling and advising existing and potential Issuers of Visa products.
  • Manage product budgets both allocated to Russia market and Hub budget allocated for Russia, in line with Visa budgeting and procurement policies
  • Manage Visa Loyalty solutions
  • Manage Visa Data Solutions
  • Manage Visa Sellers solutions
  • Manage Visa Risk solutions

Qualifications

>10 years hands-on experience in card business with personal involvement in product proposition elaboration, sales channels management, legal issues, IT developments, risk procedures, marketing and
portfolio management

Strong negotiating skills

Strong project management expertise and solid PM experience
