As a Managed Risk Analyst with CyberSource, you’ll be working with some of the worlds largest companies, safe guarding their revenues whilst making sure they have the best conversion rates in the industry. You’ll do this using an industry leading fraud solution, either by consulting on best practices or by taking full ownership of their fraud strategies and rules whilst managing them within agreed KPI’s.
As part of this role you will:
Utilize your vast acumen and expertise of complex payment systems to consult, guide and enable our global client base to realize their payments aspirations and help combat fraud, either on a regular basis on via one off engagements
Mine transactional data and produce regular recommendations and suggestions on how our clients can improve their use of CyberSource’s products and services
Make a positive impact by executing on commitments to consistently deliver exemplary results. Build support, commitment and respect from others by demonstrating professionalism, integrity and expertise
Live and breathe the industry, keeping up to date with new technologies and payment / fraud trends
Be an advocate for all of our products, passing leads and opportunities to other areas of the business where identified
Exercise your collaboration skills with your internal stakeholders to support their deliverables and embrace CyberSource’s focus on creating success
Could this be for you? A great candidate for this role will:
Be accountable for their own success, with a self-motivated, mature approach to business as you will directly own a defined area of the business
Be comfortable working with multiple internal teams and proven track record of being able to deliver added value to the customer through a cohesive approach
Have a deep understanding of payment fraud, being able to consult on industry best practice and emerging trends
Possess capabilities in designing, implementing and delivering training to both internal and external customers
A strong communicator, someone who can influence decisions at multiple levels
