Job Description

The Team: Client Services

Client Services provides industry-leading operational support to Visa’s clients around the world. With our deep knowledge and technical expertise, we are a key internal partner to Product and Technology functions, bringing the voice-of-the-customer into the design, development and successful deployment of our products and services.

The Role: Client Services Associate

As part of the Client Services team, you will work with Client Readiness and Digital Product on implementation of new solutions for Visa Token Service (VTS) in one of the GCC countries

  • The project will provide you with an opportunity to learn Visa digital technologies and their implementation.

  • You will have an opportunity to engage with multi-functional internal teams, which will help acquire ‘real life’ experience and meaningful technical and professional skills.

  • You will also document key findings for future reference through running a VTS project working alongside a client.

Qualifications

We are looking for UAE National fresh graduates who are keen to gain experience in a Global Technology Company with potential to move into a full time position

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Business Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields.

  • Technical curiosity with the ability to absorb technical information and apply to business solutions & strategies.

  • Team collaboration demonstrated by desire and ability to learn and acquire knowledge working with a broader team, be receptive to new ideas and changes to the standard operational procedures.

  • Good analytical skills, not just for problem analysis, but to use technical acumen for reviewing appropriateness of technical or project documents and in integrating systems solutions.

  • Ability to set priorities and set customer expectations.

  • Project management skills and verbal, written, presentation skills.
