For fresh graduates, the Visa Apprenticeship Program is the one of the biggest steps you can take to join our Revolution of Payments Innovation. Throughout your 12 weeks at Visa, you will tackle meaningful work, work closely with senior executives and help solve real problems. The Team: Strategy  

The CEMEA Strategy Team supports Function, Market and Regional Leaders in developing strategy for CEMEA. They play a leading role in the formulation, analytical review, preparation, and communication of strategy

The Role: Business Analyst

As a member of the CEMEA Strategy team, you will have the opportunity to work on several of the most impressive and impactful topics facing the payments industry today.

• You will identify, structure and prioritize issues, while formulating hypotheses’ on issues
• Conduct analyses (e.g. build spreadsheet to model growth of Visa’s business in country)
• Gather data (e.g. quantitative from standard Visa sources and interviews with internal stakeholders)
• You will work closely with your team and stakeholders to develop market entry strategies by building country fact packs, business cases and value propositions

We are looking for UAE National fresh graduates who are keen to gain experience in a Global Technology Company with potential to move into a full time position  

• You should be a strong analytical thinker and have the ability to work through complex problems

• Demonstrate an ability to collaborate with teams at all levels to accomplish project objectives

• You should have strong communication skills and be comfortable communicating findings to stakeholders
