Job Description

The Business Process Operations team reports directly to the European Chief of Staff and is responsible for Executive Engagement, the management and implementation of Strategic Initiatives, and maintaining good corporate Governance and Performance Management

Here are some cool things our Business Process Operations Interns work on:

We are looking for a self- starting Intern to establish the European Management Operating system a framework that translates corporate goals into actions across Visa offices in the European region. This will involve:

·       Working with partners across Europe to design a lean way of working

·       Documenting the new process and establishing supporting tools

·       Training participants on the new process

·       Implementing and refining the process

Qualifications

Therefore, our requirements are few:

·       Current university student graduating in 2020

·       Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree

·       Flexible, adaptable and able to think quickly.

·       Proactive, with experience of being a self-starter and has a willingness to learn

·       Organised

·       Solution provider

·       Confident communication skills able to work with senior stakeholders.
