Job Description

  • Understand the needs of Affluent consumers around the world through research, analysis and inputs from regions
  • Define propositions to effectively serve the needs of Affluent consumers and determine global products Visa needs to develop to enable these propositions 
  • Manage and drive prioritization by developing business cases with inputs from key partners (Regions, Technology, Finance, Vendors), and create global Affluent product roadmap
  • Lead development of new global Affluent products based on the roadmap
  • Support regions in deployment of the new global Affluent products
  • Manage existing and newly deployed global Affluent products in light of observed performance, ongoing feedback from clients and consumers, competitive positioning and emerging strategies

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus in developing new products / capabilities in a high growth environment with a demonstrated ability to translate client needs into business and product requirements 
  • Payments Industry knowledge or experience
  • Leadership skills, business insights and strategic thinking to influence and drive tactical  execution
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities; strong bias towards data-based decision making and comfort with financial analysis
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to effectively work cross-organizationally 
  • Ability to own and deliver initiatives from conception through completion  
  • Experience working in global setting and international teams coupled with awareness of market differences and commonalities
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required; Advanced degree preferred
