Job Description
The Director will be a member of Visa's North America Client Delivery team, which is responsible for consistent and seamless ‘last mile’ delivery of products and services to clients, including sales enablement support, training, and communications. The Director will support and work closely with the Client Delivery Lead and have a dual reporting line into the Visa Business Solutions COO. This individual will have responsibility for all activity related to Visa Business Solutions, working closely with key cross-functional stakeholders to include senior product managers, account executives, and marketing and communications support teams. The position is based in Foster City, California.
Responsibilities can include:
Serve as internal client facing subject matter expert on covered products as well as related business and operational processes
Coordinate and manage internal client communications for new product launches and major feature enhancements
Lead cross-functional strategic and tactical initiatives or special projects to solve client focused issues
Oversee client sales collateral development to include product briefings, product training, FAQs, and talking points
Test and refine product-market fit to include product positioning and client/market segmentation
Establish product adoption targets and prioritization by client/market segments and develop, track and manage product sales pipeline process
Coordinate and manage scaled product rollout planning and execution in North America as needed
Work cross functionally to troubleshoot, escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner
Foster productive relationships at all levels within the team and across project teams
Work effectively with limited direction, often within a complex and ambiguous environment
Minimal travel required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
MBA a plus.
10 years Product management, product development, product marketing, management consulting, or business operations equivalent experience
Payments experience preferred
Business Solutions product management or sales experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Manage high complexity, effectively manage time and prioritize workload
Ability to work with a sense of urgency, and deliver under tight deadlines/time frames
Strategic thinker with superior analytical and problem solving skills
High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word required
