Insight to the team

The Business Development Team at Visa handles total client engagement such as licensing, product / service creation, portfolio management and providing the right support through a partnership agreement. We work with various cross-functional teams internally and our technology partners to ensure the success of the client in doing a business with Visa. 

Some of the things you may work on as trainee:

• Be part of our key clients' initiatives in market 
• Learn about a new payment product or solution launch process 
• Be involved in product ideation, portfolio management diagnostics, authorization optimization strategies, assessments of digital product and marketing programs or development of new products with implementation roadmaps.

We are looking for a highly enthusiastic individual who can integrate knowledge and theory with practical application in a real business environment. You would need to be: 

• An undergraduate student in your 2nd or 3rd year of academic program
• Be able to work full-time from May to August (at least 10 weeks)
• Possess appropriate work rights to work in Thailand
• Good communication skills
• Strategic problem solving ability
• Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
• Good presentation skills 
• Project management capability
• Self-motivated and results oriented
• Able to multi-task 
• Prificiency in using MS Office Program
