Job Description

As the Associate Project Analyst within Operations & Infrastructure's Business Operations group, you will be responsible for maintaining and publishing key project metrics and managing data across project or program portfolios 

Responsibilities to include

  • Maintain project level tracking and reporting
  • Identify waste and areas of improvement
  • Assist with requirement gathering, developing project plans, and timelines
  • Serve as liaison between stakeholders and users
  • Balancing competing resources and priorities
  • Researching and staying up to date on process and IT advancements

This role requires working with matrixed teams comprised of systems analysis, technology owners, operations, business personnel, and vendors and you will report to the Director of Operations & Infrastructure (O&I) Business Operations.

Qualifications

 

  • Demonstrated experience with metrics-driven technical projects with direct accountability for delivery.

  • Experience working with engineering teams, financial planning, and sourcing organizations.

  • Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral), from front-line engineering to executive level.

  • Ability to view, interpret, and manipulate data from multiple sources

  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts

  • Excellent documentation skills

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and Project

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business analytics, engineering, computer science, information systems, statistics, economics or Business Administration

  • Experience with SQL querying and programming

  • Practical experience with data warehousing and ETL

  • Experience with data visualization
