Job Description

The Human Resources Development Program (HRDP) is approximately an 3-year program, with three 9-month rotations through HR and 1-six month rotation within the business.  The HRDP supports Visa’s mission to recruit and develop future HR leaders with cross-functional knowledge and experience. The program provides exposure to multiple areas of Human Resources including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards and HR Consulting. In addition to meaningful rotations, associates are given training & development, mentoring, networking and leadership exposure.

Talent Acquisition

This team partners with the business to attract and place top candidates at Visa, fill talent gaps and drive successful succession planning.

Talent Management

More than a training department - from career management to succession planning to employee engagement this team creates the tools and strategy so Visa has the right skills in the right places.

Total Rewards

Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining compensation and benefits programs that are competitive with current industry trends and best practices.

HR Consulting

This team provides services to employees and managers including: management coaching, coaching on performance improvement plans, employee relations and investigations, enterprise wide program execution, policy development and organizational health metrics and trends.

Qualifications

  • December 2018 - June 2019 graduate with a Bachelor’s degree only
  • Human Resources focused degree or Business degree with HR coursework or HR internships
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven leadership capabilities as demonstrated in professional, academic or volunteer environment
