• 5+ in professional experience
•Must have Bachelor’s degree
•Must have 3+ years of experience with Microstrategy suite of products including Development and support Project.
•Must have 3+ years of experience on writing queries in SQL server and Oracle
•Knowledge of BI and data warehousing principles including data modeling, data quality, extract/transform/load process, job scheduling and indexing
•Superior analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
•Thorough knowledge of all capabilities of the MicroStrategy Suite including the following Dimensional Modeling, Architect, Developer, Enterprise Manager, Cube Advisor, Cube creation/ management/ automation, Integrity Manager, Object Manager, Distribution Services, Narrowcast, Visual Insight, Mobile
•Experience with the agile development methodology
•Experience with any source control system
•Knowledge of any BI reporting tools like Tableau/ Denodo would be advantage
•Experience in banking and finance projects are a plus
•Strong analytical skills & Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Competent user of productivity software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
•Ability to multitask in a fast placed environment
•Hadoop Hive and Impala Knowledge along with MicroStrategy is a PLUS
•Experience with tools like Asknow, JIRA, SharePoint, wiki etc.
•Ability to work well in an IT organizational environment with strong collaborative and team orientation
•Detail and process oriented, well organized with effective time management skills
•Database (SQL, RDBMS) knowledge is a MUST
•UNIX , UNIX scripting , Java, HTML, XML/XSL, ASP technologies are a plus
•Ready to work in work in 24/7 support model
•Ability and desire to learn new skills and take on new initiatives
•Good Knowledge of SQL Server / IBM DB2

Qualification:

• Years Experience: 5+ in professional experience
  in a corporate environment. 3 yrs minimum providing support for enterprise-wide
  business applications.

• Enterprise Risk and Compliance system experience
  preferred, primarily 2+ year’s experience managing advanced configuration with
  the RSA Archer GRC or other GRC platforms.

• Ability to translate complex business problems
  into organized, clear and concise business requirements, as well as into
  effective technical design and solution.

• Ability to interface effectively with the
  business acting as an interpreter of systems issues.

• Team oriented, collaborative and diplomatic,
  with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing
  capabilities, as well as comfortable in an environment of rapid change and
  ambiguity.
