Job Description

The Global Licensing team within the Client Support Services ensures the integrity of the payment system and supports Visa clients in the development of their electronic payment business. Licensing grants client licenses, and conducts initial client onboarding and due diligence checks. Also, Licensing maintains client lifecycle updates including sponsorship change, legal name change, ownership change, license upgrades and downgrades; and manages client BINs and other numerics for their Visa programs and services.

The Trainee would support projects and casework, interacting with a number of partners and stakeholders, gaining experience in communication and collaboration.  He/she would also learn and apply data analysis skills by assisting in process improvement projects and analysis on performance metrics within MS Excel, as well as multiple Visa tools such as VCSA, VCIS, and EBI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn Licensing processes and dependencies with other parts of Visa, as new clients are reviewed and onboarded
  • Observe and support client onboarding projects with CRM, MSS, and I&SP teams
  • Assist in metrics collection and analysis, records management, and preparations for audit
  • Support process improvement projects and documentation of procedures
