Visa is seeking an experienced technology risk management analyst that will work with our internal teams to assess and manage key technology risks.  Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for the evaluation of data security and availability risks, and will execute against other technology risk programs such as control effectiveness monitoring, and issue and event management.  The candidate will collaborate with key technology partners across the organization, and distill information into management and executive-level reporting.  The candidate must be have an understanding of technology risks and controls, and effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders. The position reports to the VP of Technology Risk (within our Enterprise Risk Management organization).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate key technology risks, ensure they are evaluated, assessed, mitigated, monitored and reported

• Assist with executive-level reporting through our corporate risk profile

• Execute technology risk and control effectiveness validation and monitoring

• Assist in the development and expansion of technology risk metrics, embed them into our business

• Identify and implement additional controls where risks are not adequately mitigated

• Support technology risk governance processes

• 2+ years of experience with technology controls

• Knowledge of Cybersecurity (e.g. access management, data security, etc.), availability (e.g. incident and change management, capacity management), and business continuity risks and controls

• Ability to prioritize deliverables and projects to meet timelines efficiently, to adapt to changes in priorities quickly

• Analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to effectively communicate formally and informally

• Ability to facilitate group discussions and debate across geographic, functional lines and levels

• Bachelor's Degree

• Experience in regulated industries a plus, but not required

• Experience in payments a plus, but not required
