Job Description

We are looking for graduates to join our organization in Marketing. 

The New Graduates will be expected to support a broad range of marketing activity targeting a variety of audiences. Attention to detail, professionalism, responsiveness, the ability to handle multiple projects and remain calm under pressure is essential in the role which will give you:

  • A broad understanding of marketing and communications within the payments industry.
  • Experience in project management, briefing and commissioning Visa’s external agencies and managing relationships with media.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • The opportunity to apply and develop your skills and experiences from your degree.
  • An opportunity to use your creativity, express ideas and make a real contribution to the organisation and its mission.

Some projects our Marketing graduates will work on may include:

  • Involvement in the planning, delivery and evaluation of integrated campaigns targeting multiple audiences, such as launch events and partnership activities.
  • Measuring and celebrating our social impact by collecting data, compiling case studies and producing reports.
  • Working with the Head of Marketing in developing leads and opportunities for new work whilst also focusing on developing existing relationships.
  • Promoting VISA and its services using a broad range of channels including social media, PR, Events and Public Affairs.
  • Supporting the development of a customer base leading to business opportunities, sales and innovation in accordance with the VISA values.
  • Collaborating on activities across VISA projects with colleagues as well as external partners, funders and sponsors.
  • Creating and maintaining content.

Qualifications

So what are we looking for in a graduate to work in Marketing?
  • Students graduating in 2018
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint necessary
