Job Description
Visa is seeking to hire a MBA Intern to
support financial function activities and cross-functional project to improve
sales / finance / business operations reporting. Sales and Finance work
collaboratively to develop proposals for new and existing clients to grow the
Visa business in Latin America. The financial team uses a variety of financial
analysis to price and compare client proposals, which the team is in the
process of updating. Visa is expanding the implementation of its Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) tool that offers significant ability to improve
communication, collaboration and analysis of client proposals and contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comparable analysis database in
Access and transfer data from current format to new databaseReview data with Finance team members to
ensure data quality and analysis methodologyDevelop comparable financial data
presentation template and process improvementUpdate client profiles with proposal and
contract data, applying consistent methodology and ensuring data qualityDevelop communication tools, processes and
templates for stakeholders and usersSupport design and implementation of sales
/ finance processes and utilization of CRM tool or selected communication
methodologyPresent CRM reports and tools to finance
stakeholders and usersPotential Project Deliverables may
include: User Guides, Training Presentation and Materials, and CRM ReportsSupport and participate in Finance
Planning & Analysis budget exercises, contribute to FY19 budgeting for a
geographyGain exposure and participate in FP&A
projects and ongoing initiatives
Qualifications
Experience with financial and data
analysis; working competency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and AccessAbility to track and assist with project
management of strategic initiatives including cross-functional and
international experience or interestSuperior communication and interpersonal
skills; ability to communicate and write clearly and concisely to convey
complex conceptsTeam player with a positive attitude and
dedication to client service; eager learner and passionate problem solverSignificant interest in or Spanish and/or
Portuguese proficiency; fluency in English requiredPursuing MBA degree in Business, Social
Sciences, Technical or Engineering fields
