Here’s a little more information about the role:

•    Responsible for the development and implementation of business strategies of Thailand clients, to increase revenues, payment volumes and Client satisfaction ratings from existing and potential clients
•    Relationship management of all clients of the organization, key regulators and key stake holders
•    Driving effective leadership through leading and coaching a team of Business Development Leaders and Managers in developing and ensuring the implementation of team goals aligned with the country goals and the functional goals
•    Partner with finance to structure and negotiate client partnerships (through to closure) and responsible on account's profitability over a period of time
•    Expanding the bandwidth of the Country Manager by reviewing issue briefs, deal proposals, development of functional strategy and other materials, and ensuring priority items are at the front of the queue

Responsibilities
•    Support Country Manager in identifying new business opportunities in market, driving digital and strategy development
•    Strengthen and manage relationship of key clients and stakeholders
•    Constantly review the clients’ performance and be able to provide strategic inputs for the clients to further grow their business
•    Develop the team's business development strategies and map these strategies into individual client plans
•    Manage projects by working with cross functional teams, lead, develop and prioritize proposals and sell-in strategies
•    Responsible on team's financial performance and ensure alignment with global budget process

Qualifications

•    Very good knowledge of payments industry in Thailand, its products, services and technologies is preferred
•    Very good understand of the payment trends and new technologies that are affecting market
•    More than 10 years of proven sales and relationship management, including setting strategic direction with at least 5 years in people management capacity
•    Strong management skills appropriate to a fast-paced business environment
•    Proven ability to build creditability, influence and negotiate at the highest levels within international organizations
•    Fluent in English and Thai
