FSS Team Description

The Finance System Strategy (FSS) group assists Finance Managers in identifying business process changes required to
support new system installations and applications. Partnering with the IT PMO, Corporate Systems and Finance Managers, the FSS group supports the design and implementation of financial systems initiatives.

Finance Systems Strategy(FSS) group  has exciting opportunities for you here in our Foster City headquarters. Some of things you might work on as an Undergraduate Intern are:

• Interface with Information Technology team  (Development  & Project management ) and  Finance business users to understand business processes and contribute to finance application implementation including analysis, design and
  testing efforts

• Perform System and Process analysis as required for any enhancement to existing applications

• Work closely with finance users to develop requirements traceability and thorough validation of functional specifications
  

• Work with finance teams to build dashboards and metrics from multiple sources using reporting tool like Tableau, Excel etc.

• Manage and participate in User Acceptance Testing and Validation of requirements
  
  

• Students graduating fall 2018 or later 
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field 
• Proficiency in Excel, PowePoint, Access and SharePoint or Visio  
• Strong ability to collaborate  
• Highly driven and resourceful  
• Project management experience with excellent attention to detail 
• Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills 
• Strong written and oral communication, including large-group presentations
