The marketing function has overall responsibility to
drive Visa transactions. Also leads the communications strategy, planning and
implementation of all global, regional and local marketing programs in support
of marketing strategies and objectives in all brand, product, client and
innovation platforms. On the Marketing Team our ambition is to have an impact
in the way marketing is being done both physically and digitally.

Job Description

This is a Marketing manager role that has two main responsibilities:

1.- Develop client marketing programs to measurably maximize the usage and impact of sponsorship among our internal and external clients in the region in order to support business and brand priorities

2. Lead the performance tracking of client and Visa sponsorship programs by working with
hub and geography teams, report appropriately and identify and apply  learnings to continuously evolve the impact
of sposorship programs. 

Responsibilities

  • Work with Visa’s multifunctional teams and different geographies to identify joint business opportunities for merchants and issuers in order to maximize the usage of  sponsorship assets

  • Reimagine the use of Visa’s key sponsorship assets, FIFA, NFL and the Olympics, working side by side with team leader, banks, global team, different LAC geographies and retailers developing marketing programs and concepts that could be used in different clients across the region.

  • Identify client’s actionable sponsorship opportunities and deliver regional marketing campaigns to be leveraged by the markets with different financial and merchants institutions.

  • Lead the evangelization of proper use of brand standards, guidelines, policies, practices, procedures in implementation of sponsorship related programs.

  • Define Social and digital opportunities with top clients around Visa sponsorships assets, bringing Visa’s knowledge and expertise to top clients.











Qualifications

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Demonstrated track record of developing creative marketing strategies based on business objectives and executing marketing programs that delivered measurable business results.

  • Experience managing and motivating external partners, including agencies and clients.

  • Written and verbal communication skills and able to present with impact in English and Spanish. Portuguese a plus.

  • Experience working with financial indicators to measure business performance including ROI and accurately forecasting sources of cost, revenue and risk with an ability to summarize business and financial data in a useful manner for planning and decision making.

  • Strong Knowledge and previous expereicne  Activating Sponsorship assets including NFL,FIFA and Olympics
