Job Description


  • Manage the development and application of the quality control measures
  • Responsible for maintaining an up to date and accurate global set of forms and related documentation for Global Licensing:
  •        Gather input and approvals from involved stakeholders including Legal, CSS, BD and Licensing team
  •        Manage distribution and communication of changes of forms to the Licensing Team, Key Stakeholders and Clients (VBN, emails, etc)
  • Manages communication channels for Licensing resources to ensure they are up to date, client-focused and effective including InSite and Visa Online.
  • Support, identify, analyze and deploy process improvement opportunities at market and global levels  
  • Work in collaboration with market-based Licensing Teams to complete assignments within defined parameters and Service Level Agreements
  • Assist in special Licensing programs, tool development evaluation and improvement (Annual BIN Program, etc)
  • Assist team as needed with Level 2 business scenarios and decisions, such as Mergers/Closures and VGA, including training on basic functions
  • Consults and participates as necessary in operational and reporting activities necessary to support specific initiatives and new product sets ups.
  • Assists in building awareness of Licensing rules, policies and processes
  • Provides training support as needed for the Licensing Team


Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree and / or Professionally qualified (equivalent with 6-7 years professional experience)

Business Knowledge:

  1. Working knowledge of the payment industry

  2. Has proven ability to set and deliver upon priorities within busy, shifting environment

  3. Proven knowledge and experience in data-driven, client-focused industry

  4. Demonstrated ability to be proactive and think through consequences

  5. Effective verbal and written communication skills

  6. Ability to understand VOC (voice of customer) / business requirements

  7. Experience in mapping out end-to-end processes and identifying value-added and non-value added steps in the process

  8. Demonstrated successful experiences and results in process improvement
    methodologies and processes

Technical Knowledge:

  1. Understands and working expertise in Visa tools including VCIS, VCSA, VMM, etc
  2. Working expertise in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
