This role will interface with technical and non-technical people inside and outside the company. The winning candidate must have excellent speaking skill as well as  excellent technical skills. The ability to communicate complex technical  concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences is critical. The
ability to teach any audience what they need to know to be successful is also critical.

• Deep understanding of TCP/IP networks in the LAN and WAN.
• Good understanding of storage infrastructures.
  
• Good comprehension of middleware and APIs.
  
• Ability to analyze data using BI tools like Tableau, Business Objects, Excel, and databases.
  
• Must be able to write well for communicating and documentation
  
• Must be able to accumulate knowledge quickly and share it via written and verbal means.
  
• Must understand financial systems for banking and payment services.
  
• Must understand software development using Agile and Waterfall methods.
  

• Experience:
  
• Must have worked at a financial institution.
  
• Experience at a software development organization is a plus.
  
• Experience in both operational and architect roles is a plus.
  
• Total experience must be tat east 10-15 years.
