Job Description

The role-player is the backbone of the company. This role is both exciting and challenging with a varied range of roles and activities. Different from simply acting, the role-player is key to testing training, putting students through challenging situations and providing critical exposure to strengths and weakness.

Key roles include;

  • Portraying a range of different roles
  • Using props and equipment to enhance scenarios
  • Reacting to situations that arise during a scenario

The roleplayer must be comfortable with communicating with a range of people from all walks of life. They must be comfortable in acting infront of people including assessing staff during scenarios. Must be willing to learn and take on feedback

This role is the entry position for further progression with our career structure. While the role is casual, there are bonuses and pay progression avalible for those that show commitment and expertese. 

Qualifications

To be eligible for this role applicants must:

  • Pass an enhanced background check
  • Be available for working odd days and hours when required including some weekends (have the ability to take periods off work, or ideally self employed)
  • Be willing to travel and stay out of location up to 5+ days
  • Must be eligible for employment (work visa etc)
  • Must be in general good health and free from significant mobility disabilities (due to the locations of training)

Additional Information

As this role is our entry role, training will be provided when required as part of a contract. There is no guaranteed or ongoing commitments for employment (casual employment contract).

We cover all costs for travel away including food, travel and accommodation etc.
