Job Description

The International Engagements Representative will communicate identity intelligence program initiatives, policies and strategic plans to partner nations and external stakeholders. 

•    The representative will plan, coordinate, and participate in program strategic engagement execution across Special Operation Forces, CCMDs, and Partner Nations to ensure maximum federation of available biometric signatures.
•    The representative shall maintain coordination with the NATO Biometrics group and Identity representatives.
•    Assist in the development of partner functional requirements by interfacing with executing activities.
•    Develop and coordinate standards for program content review to determine if requirements match policy objectives, monitor delivery and execution, assess program effectiveness, and provide lessons learned.
•    Identify and develop partner requirements and provide written detail reports and other guidance documents as required.
•    Assist with planning and coordination to analyze and provide recommendations for preparation of written detail reports relate to Five Year Defense Planning.
•    Provide detailed written status reports prior to, during, and at conclusion of assigned projects.

Qualifications

•    Minimum 7 years experience in a DoD environment.
•    Minimum Department of Defense active Top Secret/SCI with full-scope polygraph. security clearance is required at time of hire.
•    NATO clearance highly desired 

•    B.S. or B.A. degree in any field and two (2) years of Intelligence Analysis experience in All Source or Identity Intelligence.  IC experience can be substituted by a Master’s degree in an area related to biometrics, intelligence or computer science.
•    Highly desired IEEE Certified Biometrics Professionals (CBP), Certified Smart Card Industry Professionals (CSCIP), Certified Information Systems Security Professionals (CISSP), and Project Management Professionals (PMP).
•    Experience working with the Federal Government, especially Intelligence Community (IC) members
•    Travel will be required to travel TDY to participate in government directed engagements as necessary to perform assigned responsibilities.
•    Experience in analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail, even in pressurized situations as deadlines approach.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain and document identity intelligence to diverse audiences (technical, business, etc.) and drive decisions through consensus.
•    Demonstrated team player with results oriented track record.
•    Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project and Outlook.
