Job Description
Objectives of this Role
• Developing and Maintaining a knowledge base for payroll related aspects in a portfolio of countries for
the purpose of performing complete payroll outsourcing function.
• Providing training to TSES employees on payroll in Arabic/French/English speaking countries.
• Answering payroll statutory compliance inquiries raised by pre-sales team and potential networks.
• Having a detailed documentation in English on all payroll aspects in the countries he/she is responsible
for.

Responsibilities
• Advising TSES employees on statutory regulations and implications.
• Handling TSES employees’ statutory related queries.
• Building strong relationship with Internal and other statutory consultant parties, gaining insight into
their needs and delivering customer-centric solutions also ensuring we meet our legal and contractual
requirements.
• Training TSES employees on payroll statutory aspects of the countries he/she is responsible for.

Job Description

Skills and Qualifications
• Demonstrating a breadth of experience and a depth of understanding of complex Labour Laws,
Statutory Laws and Tax concepts.
• Effective client/project management and task prioritization skills.
• Ability to adapt to new or changing circumstances and ambiguous or pressured situations.
• Effective team player.
• Demonstrates imagination and creativity in the evaluation of issues and development of possible
solutions.
• Good Arabic, English and French both oral and written.
• Broad experience in shared service industry of payroll processing and end-to-end understanding of
payrolls with minimum 2 arabic speaking countries (Excluding GCC and must include either Morocco or
Tunisia or Algeria or Lebanon).
• Paying close attention to details.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in this domain.
• Holds a high degree in a relevant study.
