Job Description

HR & Admin Executive is responsible for providing day-to-day support in Admin and various human resource functions, which include visa processing, HR operations, recruitment, training and development, employee benefits

  • Timely processing of new visa/renewals and assist PRO in preparing necessary documents
  • Maintain the master admin file and keeping it up to date
  • Ensure booking of employee vacation tickets and tickets for business travel
  • Process medical insurance, workmen compensation claims, and occupational health cards
  • Prepare monthly overtime calculations
  • Organize staff welfare activities/events as planned calendar
  • Provide assistance in recruitment as and when required
  • Update employee records in ERP
  • Organize inhouse and external training for employees
  • Handle onboarding process for new joiners and ensure smooth orientation
  • Manage reception roster
  • Successful participation in career fairs and roll out summer internship plan

Qualifications

Graduate with a degree in Business Management/ Human resources or a related field, 1-2 years of HR experience of working in a generalist HR environment.
