Job Description

  • Initiate contact with potential clients or customers via phone calls.
  • Articulate the features and benefits of the product or service being offered.
  • Employ persuasive techniques to engage prospects and keep their interest.
  • Skillfully address objections and concerns raised by potential clients.
  • Assess the suitability and interest level of potential leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, responses, and contact information.
  • Implement follow-up strategies to nurture leads and convert interest into action.
  • Adhere to provided scripts while being adaptable to individual conversations.
  • Efficiently manage calling schedules and prioritize leads for optimal productivity.
  • Possess excellent verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and convincingly.
  • Work towards and achieve specified call and conversion targets.
  • Foster positive relationships with potential clients and represent the company in a professional manner.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • This position will work US based hours
  • At least 1 year of experience in Outbound Sales
  • Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
  • Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)
