Client Relationship Executive (Female Only)

We are hiring a Customer Relationship Executive who will handle the concerns of the people who buy our company's digital marketing services. The successful candidate will work to rectify issues experienced by individual customers. He/she aims to improve the organization's overall customer satisfaction ratings.

Responsibilities:

·        Negotiate with leads on behalf of the company

·        To build business by identifying and selling prospects in digital marketing space

·        To maintain relationship with clients.

·        Provide support, information, and guidance

·        Research and recommend new opportunities and service improvements

·        To handle service enquiries by phone or email, and check the status.

Desired Profile

·        Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word, ppt)

·        Strong decision-making skills, with numerical and analytical ability

·        Excellent influencing skills

·        Excellent verbal and written communications skills

·        Quick learner

·        Knowledge of digital marketing will have extra advantage.
