Viral Nation is seeking a highly motivated, creative, organized, and experienced EXECUTIVE PRODUCER to help launch and oversee a new influencer-focused, content product as well as multiple Viral Nation content projects and production needs.

We’re looking for a rock star to work with our Head of Programming to make incredible content projects come to life that entertain, educate, and inspire.

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER duties include: 

• Along with the production team, help oversee all production elements of VN’s new content product from scratch to execution.

• Create and manage multiple budgets related to VN’s new content production project.

• Work closely with Head of Programming, production team, and VP, Product Operations to manage the production of a large pipeline of original pieces, original content series, and more which will launch in early 2023.

• Work closely with talent and the production team to ensure all shoots go smoothly and are a success.

• Work closely with the post-production team on reviewing content and providing technical notes/expertise.

• Provide production support to Viral Nation for marketing services such as company sizzle reels, project related sizzle reels, oversee budgets, offer technical advice, and help put together production teams on a needed basis.

• Help direct/co-direct multiple content pieces, series, etc.

• On-set visits to ensure productions are running smoothly.

• 10 years+ of production experience ranging from overseeing major digital, television, and streaming content (series, specials, live streams, etc) from development through production/execution.

• Highly motivated, exceptionally creative, hard-working, and driven production expert. 

• Deep understanding and experience working in a production capacity with top digital influencers with respect to their daily social content and related web series, television, and brand deals.

• Passionate about digital storytelling and the influencer/creator economy.

• A vast creative and technical understanding of social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Extensive experience creating, overseeing, and managing production budgets (Digital, television, streaming, etc.).

• Can handle multiple production shoots and work within the given budget to deliver content on time, and on schedule, while always ensuring the content is top-notch.

• Deep understanding of production from a technical and creative perspective.

• Over 10+ years overseeing small, mid-size, and large production crews.

• Experience directing short-form and long-form content both in the field and on set.

• Ability to oversee and execute large amounts of short-form content on a regular basis.

• A true problem solver and multi-tasker who can handle complex production issues, obstacles, and deadlines with ease.

• A true team player who leads with passion and empowers their production team to strive for excellence and create high-quality and premium content.

• Thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere with hard deadlines and can manage multiple moving parts.

• Experience working with post-production teams, overseeing rough cuts, dailies, and giving extensive notes until the production is upload ready.
