Who are you:

Viral Nation’s Talent Agency is looking for a seasoned Project Manager - Talent who loves all things related to the world of social media including trends, talent, and content. You will work closely with the Talent Team, Content Studio, and PR on client communications, planning, content advisory, and social research. We’re looking for that special candidate who understands and has a passion for social media, creators, and trends; someone who can bring multiple perspectives together, and communicate clearly and effectively with our talent.

Responsibilities: 

• Deep familiarity with the creation of long and short-form content as well as photography, and daily/weekly/ad hoc production cadences
• Must be a strong communicator both verbally and in writing
• Must be able to juggle and manage multiple projects in various stages of completion simultaneously
• Set meetings with clients across different verticals to develop personalized content calendars that can be produced and implemented independently, or with the help of the Studio Manager
• Must be able to handle high-stakes accounts and be confident in proposing the next steps from a strategic, technical perspective.
• Write trend reports for TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, and YouTube rounding up what’s going on in the world of social media
• Lead and handle communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of information and social media asset deliverables between Production, Post, and Strategy
• Plan, handle, and communicate efficient internal and external workflows, and work on its improvements.
• Navigate simultaneous demands, prioritize resources appropriately, and mitigate associated challenges.
• Lead all aspects of projects to eliminate time-sensitive bottlenecks and produce high-quality creative expediently.
• Run day-to-day social media operations, escalations and troubleshooting of production challenges.
• Independently own budgets and relationships whenever necessary.
• Coordinate with PR Team to ensure to maximize content production around PR opportunities
• Act as an internal “manager” between PR and Talent for scheduling and on-the-ground service

• 3-5 years of experience as a producer or similar role (talent booker, Sr PR, Production, Casting, etc)
• 3+ years of project management experience 
• agency experience is an asset 
• Must be able to handle fast pace environment and multitask with different departments and projects
• influencer / talent experience
