Senior Manager, Financial Systems and Operations will be the Finance internal systems guru. This role will require the individual to thoroughly understand the various internal reporting systems and control frameworks. The Senior Manager, Financial Systems and Operations will be strategic in establishing a framework for future state implementations and growth. This individual will own end-to-end implementation of systems and controls, suggest process improvements, and support all pillars of the Finance function.

• Document current state process, identify process gaps, and implement changes to consolidate and integrate internal reporting systems
• Develop expertise in managing current Finance systems – Business Dynamics, HubSpot
• Own the end-to-end implementation of new modules/software
• Lead change management discussions representing Finance
• Conduct post-mortem analysis on implementations to develop and enhance best practices for future implementations
• Identify errors and improve the quality of data and KPIs
• Co-lead the implementation of a data governance framework to ensure a single source of truth
• Assist in the development of dashboards and summarized views for the leadership team to highlight trends and performance against KPIs
• Assist with integration work as part of any new business acquisition

• Must have an undergraduate degree in business or computer science with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a Finance role, MBA or CPA is a nice to have
• Advanced MS Excel Skills (Vlookup, PIVOT, IF functions) and/or SQL, Python, 
• Experience working with large data sets and implementing various systems
• Preferred Experience with Business Dynamics and HubSpot or equivalent ERP/CRM systems
• Experience working with high-growth finance teams and a thorough understanding of Finance reporting and process frameworks
• Passionate about automation and efficiencies within operating environments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment utilizing agile methodology
• Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook
• Possess strong written & verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work
