Who are you:

You are a Junior Accounts Receivable Analyst who has experience securing revenues by verifying and posting sales contracts, invoices & receipts, resolving discrepancies, collection calls and applying credit notes. The ideal candidate is well versed in Microsoft Business Central systems, job/project accounting and full-cycle customer sales invoice postings.

• Posting of invoices into the accounting system
• Posts customer payments by recording cheques against customer detailed open invoices.
• Maintains records by scanning or downloading transactions and monitoring inbound email of customer queries
• Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales agents or customers;
• Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, and credit line; coordinating contact with the collections department.
• Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts, coordinating monthly transfers to accounts receivable reserves, verifying totals, and preparing the report.
• Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

• A graduate from a recognized post-secondary college or university accounting program; 
• Strong organization skills, data entry skills and general math skills
• Financial Software Experience
• The ability to analyze Information with strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal ad was written communication skills
