Viral Nation is looking for an experienced Hubspot Marketing Specialist to play a key role in driving success for the world's largest brands and best-known influencers.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Revenue Operations, you'll collaborate on marketing programs that attract, engage, and delight our clients; and processes that streamline operations for our sales, marketing, and finance teams. 

Collaboration is key as you’ll work closely with multiple stakeholders to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. Hyper-focused on quality, you have an eye for detail that's essential to delivering customer value at scale.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute high-volume automation programs including email and landing page creation for multiple product lines across the customer lifecycle
• Develop and maintain an email marketing calendar that ensures coverage and compliance
• Manage and optimize automation and CRM processes for our sales, marketing, and finance teams
• Provide data-driven segmentation and personalization
• Monitor and report on database health to identify areas for improvement
• Provide reporting and analysis on program effectiveness and support data integration initiatives across the MarTech stack

Who You Are

• 2+ years of HubSpot experience in an agency or technology environment
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge 
• Strategic thinker comfortable with sharing new ideas and driving best practices
• Solid understanding of inbound marketing and funnel management 
• Analytically-minded with a data-driven approach to conversion rate optimization
• Capable of balancing attention to detail with swift execution
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
