We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter, Social Media, to join our growing Content & Strategy team. This role will be responsible for tapping into the people, places, and spaces that represent a community and area of passion. In this role, you will be a storyteller and pitch ideas with authenticity, insight, and enthusiasm — developing strategies and concepts that are forward thinking and innovative. 

Key Responsibilities

• Create fully integrated campaigns and marketing programs across all mediums — specifically social

• Understand the nuances across the social platforms, writing according to best practices and audience preferences – you live and breathe social which is demonstrated through your natural writing style

• Actively participate in conversations / briefings with clients to better understand their objectives and apply them to deliverables

• Experience working across multiple industries with different brand guidelines, personalities and tone of voice

• Mentor or potentially manage junior and mid-level copywriters or creatives

• Exceptional writing skills and a solid understanding of copywriting for paid and organic digital and social platforms – IG, FB, Tiktok, LinkedIn, etc.
   
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Distinctly creative and obsesses about how ideas can be bigger, and better!

• Agency experience preferred
