Job Description

As a Creative Project Manager at Viral Nation, you are the ultimate organizer, team collaborator, and creative whisperer. You are the keeper of information across teams and always ensuring that projects are moving forward in a seamless manner - proactively planning and always knowing what to do next! Our Creative Project Managers are involved from briefing to final delivery and possess a deep understanding of each phase of a project lifecycle.

This role works closely with the Accounts and BD teams to manage and facilitate the workflow across projects. You will be the beacon of each project; the go-to person to know the latest updates and to guide each department on how to engage in the work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the VP, Creative and Head of Content Ops to manage projects through all stages of execution and delivery to ensure work is on time, on spec, and on budget. 

  • Monitor day-to-day milestones, understanding client requirements, writing proposals and briefs, and managing internal workflows while working with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Help to ensure creative quality, identify next steps, and drive projects throughout inception to delivery

  • Stay on top of all facets of project execution and support all deliverables, including: timelines, pricing, budget analyses, channel strategy, measurement and reporting.

  • Predict any roadblocks or issues and notify team of resourcing issues, delivery status, and/or changes in schedule

  • Develop highly engaging and articulate presentations for creative pitches and client meetings.

  • Identify gaps and opportunities in content plans for new and existing clients

  • Manage external communications with third-party suppliers associated with tactical development and coordination of a project

Qualifications

  • Proven track record managing complex projects in a Creative environment; experience in a consulting, studio or agency role is preferred

  • Experience navigating 360º campaigns and integrated productions; strong understanding of the social media space and current best practices for social

  • Superior communication and organizational skills, with acute attention to detail; able to build rapport quickly and maintain strong relationships with clients

  • Understanding of design principles with experience providing design feedback to creatives

  • Highly confident using Google Suite, social media platforms and other project management tools
