As a Maintenance Technician, you will assist with the day-to-day maintenance operations of the community, including:

• Completing service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
• Appliance repair and replacement
• Painting, drywall repair, and general carpentry
• Preparing apartments for new residents(turns/make-eadies)
• Maintaining building systems and common areas
• Assisting with preventative maintenance programs
• Participating in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance.

 Ideal candidates will have: 

• 1-3 years of experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred
• Strong customer service skills and general computer knowledge.
• Demonstrated experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, and painting.  

Experience in plumbing, contracting, builder certification, or related licenses is considered a plus.  Candidates should be available for on-call responsibilities and have the flexibility to work weekends as needed.
