The Unit Helper assists with the day to day activities of the Nursing Department as directed by the Nurse Manager to assure our facility is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner. These positions are a terrific "stepping stone" for individuals interested in becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant.

*Must be able to understand and follow directions.*Must possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel. *Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm as well as be willing to handle difficult residents. *Ability to effectively read, write and communicate with others. *These positions are Casual so must be flexible and willing to work every other weekend as needed. The pay is $8.00 per hour.
