We are seeking a proactive and service-driven Assistant F&B Manager to support the overall operation of our food and beverage outlets. The role involves ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, and assisting in the efficient management of daily operations, team performance, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and in-room dining.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the F&B team to maintain performance standards.
• Monitor daily operations, staffing levels, and service flow to optimize efficiency.
• Support inventory control, stock management, and cost monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Assist in planning promotions, events, and special dining experiences.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good understanding of service standards, food safety, and cost control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
